The Project

The Arts in the Valley project was designed to provide an opportunity for residents of the Otselic Valley, Chenango County, New York to get together with friends and family to enjoy the talents of our many local artists, and to promote and develop an interest in music and visual arts.

Otselic Valley Improvement and Preservation Association obtained full funding of a Chenango County Council of the Arts grant to present Arts in the Valley, and was honored to receive the Russell J. Perlman Award of Excellence for the “Most Outstanding Project” for 2008.
